Hi & Welcome 

Thank you for visiting my shop & reading my blog.

All my goods are made by me in a calm, loving, caring environment with care and passion whether its a pair of booties as a gift for a new beautiful baby or dog collar & lead for your adorable dog, the same amount of enthusiasm and love goes into everything I make. However I'm not perfect and occasionally imperfections may be found which in factory mass produced items this normally does not occur.  

If you like a product in my shop but would like different colour, pattern or size send me an email to discuss your requirements lets see if we can sort it together.

Shipping:  Once full payment has been cleared purchases are posted Royal Mail 1st Class within 2-3 working days.

Refunds:   If for whatever reason your not happy with your purchase please email me (before returning item) so we can discuss problem, organise return, at buyers cost and subsequent refund upon receipt by Stitched by Helen of returned in new condition, unused and undamaged - obtaining proof of postage is recommended.
