Hello and welcome to my stall where you will find my handmade, eco friendly rag rugs. Each rag rug is made from recycled cotton linen that has been thoroughly pre-washed and cut into strips of rag-yarn... ready to be transformed into unique, ecodecor to suit any home. You are buying a handmade, upcycled product made with care and attention. Please be mindful that due to the nature of the product, there may be quirky imperfections not to be found in store bought, factory produced items. All rugs are 'one off' creations. I recommend hand washing your rug, or running through the gentle cycle of your machine, dry flat and once dry gently tug into shape... your rug will last for many years. All items to be paid for upfront and usually shipped within 3 working days of cleared payment. Goods will be sent Royal Mail standard 2nd class. If you require 1st class, signed for, or postage outside the UK then please contact me for additional cost Return PolicyPlease contact Sally Ann before returning any items.All returns must be authorised and returned unused and repackaged appropriately at the buyers cost.The buyer has a right to a refund within 14 days of Sally Ann receiving the goods or the buyer providing evidence of having returned the goods (eg. a proof of posting receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. The buyer has the right to return any items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in an unused condition.If the product is used or ruined the product will not be refunded. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods have been reduced as a result of the buyer handling the goods more than was necessary. Make sure you obtain proof of posting and include any contact information for eligible refunds. Please clearly mark package'RETURNED GOODS'.
